REA Grimes Covid-19 Viewing Protocol

Please do not attend a viewing if you are displaying any COVID-19 symptoms, are self-isolating or have returned from overseas in the last 14 days.

Please note that while the utmost care has been taken to sanitise the property and implement social distancing guidelines, you attend the viewing at your own risk.

DO:

• Arrive on time!
• Wear gloves, mask or any PPE that you are comfortable wearing
• Stick to social distancing guidelines at all times
• Speak to the agent and ask questions, and email the agent if you need further information

DON'T:

• Arrive at a time other than your scheduled appointment without speaking to the agent first
• Touch any door handle, light switch, or surface unnecessarily
• Stand closer than 2 meters to the agent or any other party viewing the property
• Don't be offended if the agent respectfully declines a handshake!
